            Custom  Motorcycle  Frame Fixture

          This fixture is used to build complete custom motorcycle frames, softtail  and rigid.

 Modify existing frames,  or repair damaged frames to original specifications.

 It is made from Billet and Extruded Aluminum  for maximum  rigidity.  

Precision  Machined for accuracy .   

Features are :  

          Full length ¾” keyway on center to accurately locate components and take measurements.

          Super adjustable positive height frame clamps (4),  fits tubing from ¾” to 2” diameter and will maintain correct frame height . Measurement from fixture base to bottom of tubing is 1 ¾” , this provides plenty of room for welding .

           Combination engine and transmission mount accurately maintains correct height and spacing.  Transmission mount is adjustable 1” to the left and 2” to the right.  

          Swing arm  mount length adjusts to 44” from neck . Height adjustable from 4 ½” to 6 ½” measured to the bottom of frame.  

          Ridgid axle mount length adjusts to 54” from neck. Height adjustable from 5 ½” to 8 ½” measured to the bottom of frame  

          Up to 14 ½” wide between axle  or  stanchion mounts.  

          Neck mount accurately adjusts from 0 to 90 deg with 1 deg markings .

          For necks with 1.312 bearing races .  

          Neck height adjustable from 24” to 36” to bottom of neck.  

          Frame width adjustable straight or angled up to 12” wide.  

These Fixtures are built as ordered so custom components and modifications can be included, usually at no additional cost.
